3.4 Business Transfers
If Red Sovereign LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- Active clients: information is retained for the duration of the service engagement. Upon termination, Client data is returned or deleted within 30 days at the Client’s election, as specified in the Master Service Agreement. Aumata may retain anonymized, aggregated data and records necessary for legal compliance for up to 3 years following termination
- Strategy Audit leads: contact information is retained for 2 years from the date of submission, unless you request deletion sooner
- Website analytics data: retained according to our Google Analytics configuration (currently 14 months)
- Communications: email and call records are retained for 3 years
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security reviews.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
